POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Appointments are required for spa services and can be made online or by phone. We do not accept walk-ins at the moment. We recommend that you schedule your appointments in advance. However, feel free to call us at the last minute; in the event we may have an opening due to a cancellation.
To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to prepare for your treatment, relax, and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea. Arriving late to your appointment may result in a shortened service or you may have to be rescheduled.
Your Spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancelation fee of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments with no prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Come as you are! Robes, slippers and disposable undergarments are provided for your full body service.

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Although we try our best to keep our clients updated on any changes, we encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when scheduling.
Although not expected, gratuity is always welcome! Gratuity is not included in the price of service and packages.
We kindly ask that you silence your phones and other electronics. Although your valuables are secure, My Moroccan Spa cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
A gift certificate must be used by the expiration date. Our gift certificate expires 12 months from the date it was issued. A gift certificate may be redeemed for any service or retail purchase, but may not be redeemed for cash.
All of your personal information is secured and encrypted using a cryptographic system to transfer data (SSL). We never share, sell, or give away your information to anyone.
