Cancellation Policy

Your credit card will be charge a 50% deposit for the services that you schedule. Your Spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancelation fee of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments with no prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
